Volunteer Opportunities
Area: Exhibitor Check In
Description: Volunteers will assist with helping exhibitors find their location by serving as a check point along a street route.
Time Frame: 8:30am-11:30am
Area: Butler Street Flagger
Description: Volunteer will assist with early morning set up by directing incoming exhibitors to their in-processing checkpoint.
Time Frame: 8:30am-11:30am
Area: Exhibit Van/Car Unloader
Description: Volunteers will assist with early morning set up by helping exhibitors unload their equipment from their vehicles. The unloading process will ensure the traffic in the exhibit area is flowing smoothly.

Area: Exhibitor Set Up
Description: Volunteers will assist with early morning set up by helping exhibitors set up and stage their areas.
Time Frame: 8:30am-11:30am
Area: Puppet Show Set Up
Description: Volunteer will assist with early morning set up of childrens puppet show area.
Time Frame: 9am-10am
Area: Stage Hands
Description: Volunteers will assist with band set-up/dismantling, assorted labor in setup and tear down of banner and decorative foliage from the stage area.
Time Frame: 9am-6:30pm
Area: Parking Lot Attendants
Description: Volunteers will assist with parking entry to the Sawyer Point Area, as well as directing people to the event.
Time Frame: 8:30am-3pm
Area: Greater Cincinnati Earth Coalition Table
Description: Volunteers will assist in distribution of brochures and signing people up to become members. They will also assist in beverage sales.
Time Frame: 10:30am-5:30pm
Area: Pandy Costume/Eagle Costume
Description: Volunteers are needed to dress up in Pandy Panda Bear and Eagle Costume to educate children on pollution prevention. Pandy and Eagle guides are also needed. Person volunteering to wear the Pandy costume can not be taller than 5ft8inches. The Eagle costume needs someone taller than 5ft6inches. The Eagle will lead the Planet Protectors Parade.
Time Frame: 11:30am-5:30pm
Area: Water Safety Pool Setup/Tear Down
Description: Volunteers will assist in setting up a 4' pool for water safety instruction. Tear down assistance is also needed.
Time Frame: 9 to 11:30am and 5 to 7pm
Area: EPA Learning Exhibits
Description: Multiple
Time Frame: 9am to 7pm
Area: Clean-up/Tear Down
Description: Volunteers will assist in packing up exhibits, folding down chairs and tables, and general cleanup.
Time Frame: 5 to 7pm
Area: Plant/Greenery Set Up
Description: Volunteers will assist in setting up plant life for decorative purposes around the stage area. Heavy lifting is also required, also plan on getting dirty.
Time Frame: 8:30am-11:30am and 5-7pm
